Overview
Eaton Filtration has evolved through strategic acquisitions and technological
advances into a global organisation supplying solutions to customers'
filtration, straining and separation problems around the world. Eaton
Filtration has five manufacturing facilities on four continents, 26 wholly
owned subsidiaries and an independent distribution network that today
serves customers in over 45 countries.
In September 2005 Eaton Corporation acquired the industrial filtration
business of Hayward Industries Inc. The Hayward filtration business has
been integrated into Eaton's Fluid Power Group as the Filtration Division.
Eaton's Filtration Division is a global leader in products that include
pipeline strainers, bag filtration systems and gas/liquid separators
for industrial and commercial customers worldwide. Primary markets include
general industrial, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage,
power utilities, marine and water.
