Our local manufacturing combined with strong specialised representation in all states of Australia give us flexibility in responding to market requirements, changes and demands. The following snapshot of our Melbourne factory provides an insight into our commitment and capability:

• 3,000m² factory
• 25 manufacturing staff
• eight sales support and administration staff
• metal fabrication shop for aluminium, carbon steel and stainless steel to manufacture bunds, skimmers and boom components
• 50 m² air table – to cut and shape pads, rolls, mats and other polypropylene products
• industrial sewing machines of varied types – for stitching, sewing and overlocking booms, bags and a host of associated fabric products
• chemical engineering and chemical R&D laboratory
• bagging facility – for bagging and packing ground and floor absorbents
• specialised containment boom manufacturing area complete with hi-frequency fabric welders
• shredding machine for manufacturing polypropylene filler for booms, bags and other polypropylene products
• electronics manufacturing for control panels and electronic circuitry for specialised equipment
• chemical manufacturing room for degreaser and sanitiser manufacture and packing
• hydrostatic test facility for boom testing
• 10,000 litre test tank (including chemical dosing) for pump, skimmer and wastewater treatment plant testing
• environmental engineer as a permanent member of our staff
